unit also has
ECT
Psychological
Testing
Cognitive
Behaviour Therapy
Narco Therapy
Electric Psychotherapy.
The hospital provides other state of the art
facilities like CT Scan, MRI, EEG and pathological
tests, if required.
In addition, marital counseling and counseling
for children & adolescents for psychological
or psychiatric disorders associated with medical
or surgical problems is also done in liaison with
other Medical/ Surgical Units
A Clinical Psychologist and Medical Social Workers
are associated with the unit for counseling of
patients.
The unit has a well-equipped library with excellent
journals and textbooks on Psychiatry for an in-depth
study of different cases.
